How does the product come?

Can I order individual vials?
We offer our peptides exclusively in carefully curated kits, designed to meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. As such, single vials are not sold separately through Prime State. This ensures a cohesive research experience aligned with our brand’s commitment to excellence.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped using a specialised shipping method designed to maximise delivery safety and reduce transit risks.
Tracking information is typically provided within 2–3 business days from the date your order is fulfilled. Once tracking has been issued and begins updating with the final carrier, estimated delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days from the time you receive tracking number.
Please note that tracking may remain pending for a period during the early stages of transit before being updated by the final carrier. This is a normal part of our shipping process.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Our peptides are sourced from a supplier that conducts internal quality testing, and we also perform independent verification to ensure consistency and quality.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are not routinely provided. Updated or batch-specific third-party testing can be arranged at the customer’s request; however, all laboratory testing is performed externally and will incur an additional cost. COAs will only be provided once updated testing has been completed and paid for.
This approach ensures transparency while maintaining accurate, current, and responsibly conducted verification standards.
