Refund policy

All products sold by PRIME STATE are supplied strictly for research and educational purposes only. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or failure to read product information.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an incorrect product is supplied or if the product arrives damaged. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are assessed at the discretion of PRIME STATE.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Unauthorised chargebacks may be contested.
