Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Within Australia and United States: Approximately 3-4 weeks due to updated shipping methods implemented to ensure safe and successful delivery 

    due to increased customs scrutiny in these regions. 

  • International Orders:
    • 5–9 business days under normal conditions
    • Up to 12–15 business days in the event of customs processing or delays beyond our control

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, or other external factors.

PRIME STATE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

All claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be supported by full, unedited video evidence of the package being opened from start to finish; failure to provide this may result in the claim being declined.
